I'm looking forward to making my writing muscle even stronger and to meeting new friends along the way over the coming days.
To get things started, I thought I'd start off with a short introduction of myself.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, I think these pictures tell my story pretty well.
What did you learn about me?
I'm looking forward to writing with you this month!
Jennifer
We are such visual creatures-what a fantastic way to introduce yourself to others. Your pictures DO speak a thousand words, pique a hundred wonders, and warm a dozen hearts. This is going to be a fun month!
ReplyDeleteI love the way you have introduced yourself! A picture really is worth a thousand words! I might need to steal this idea one day!
ReplyDeleteThis post is so cute. I love the coke bottles, flowers, and then pictures of you and your husband (I'm assuming, of course). What a great set up to the picture of you two. It's a great way to get to know you and what you're about in images. I especially appreciated the socks and pens - I might have similar pictures if I copy this idea sometime! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea! But of course, I love the pen picture the best! Such great pictures. Happy March, my friend!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great idea! I love the socks! I am a sock lover as well!
ReplyDeleteYou know I may have to scroll through my photos to give this a try someday. So sad there will never be a Coke bottle with my name, sigh.
ReplyDeleteLove this post of pictures--and you and I have the same pen addiction, I see. Here's to 31 days!
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous! So fresh! Pictures are text that we can read, infer, connect with etc! I think your lead with the name coke bottles pulls the reader in to want to know more! Yes, I did learn more! I've read about your son and now I see him! The ending photo of you standing tall is a perfect ending to this slice and an entrance into the SOLC! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteLove the format of introducing yourself through pictures. I am looking forward to reading your posts this month.
ReplyDeleteHey, I love this idea! You are the second person to do this, that I've seen. Will have to give it a go! Pictures do tell so much. And that sweet pooch's face! Happy SOLC! :-) -- Christie @ https://wonderingandwondering.wordpress.com/
ReplyDeleteThanks for modeling a great visual way to do an introduction! I learned TONS about you!! But the biggest thing I learned is that YOU are clever. And inspiring, too (I just may steal your idea this month!)
ReplyDeleteThe brilliance of this post makes me smile!!! LOVE this and I'm so excited to write with you this month. And we're off...
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing your pictures Jennifer. I gathered that you've enjoyed the journey with your family...that you stretch yourself in your writing work and the connection you've made with your tribe is important (to name a few things I've learned). I am inspired by your pictures...
ReplyDeleteJennifer, I love your picture slice idea for a post. I might try that in the future. Thanks.
